Pakhi Sharma

Pakhi is an a engineer and scale-up specialist with almost a decade of experience across Fintech, Consumer Tech, and the Climate & Sustainability sectors. With a strong track record in both technical development and commercial strategy, she has helped startups and emerging technologies grow from early-stage concepts into scalable, high-impact ventures. Currently in her role as Ecosystem Manager at the Royal Academy of Engineering, Pakhi leads a portfolio of 100+ Climate & Sustainability companies that support innovators and underrepresented founders across the UK and beyond. She plays a key role in shaping ecosystems around emerging sectors, working closely with startups, corporates, and public institutions to accelerate innovation where it’s needed most. Her career spans work with breakthrough clean technologies including waste-to-energy systems, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), hydrogen storage, and carbon offsetting. Prior to this, she worked with venture-backed startups, government-backed innovation programmes, and international partners to drive commercialisation in underserved sectors. Pakhi is a UK Global Talent Visa recipient, recognised for her leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship. She mentors early-stage founders and champions inclusive access to funding, networks, and opportunities.


Suci Nurwidia

Suci is a serial entrepreneur and qualified pharmacist with over 8 years of experience, including 3 years at a global biopharmaceutical company and 5 years in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She is passionate about making a positive impact through her expertise in business planning, marketing and content strategies, and product development. Suci is skilled at shaping business purpose, vision, and mission, while fostering strong connections with markets to drive success. As the founder of Alture (@alture.official, alture.id), an Indonesian SME in sustainable beauty, health, and wellness, Suci is dedicated to delivering eco-conscious solutions to consumers. She holds a Master’s in Management & Entrepreneurship with first-class honors from Cranfield University, supported by the prestigious LPDP Indonesian Scholarship. Her areas of interest include leadership, strategic marketing, SME growth, sustainability, and social impact. Suci actively contributes to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She shares her knowledge and experiences through webinars, social media, mentoring SMEs, and judging business competitions, and also support of women empowerment and personal growth.

Agata Bendik

Agata is an innovation and startup specialist who serves as a Program Manager at Plug and Play UK, boasting over 8 years of experience successfully overseeing multi-million-pound innovation projects for F500 companies, including IKEA, Sumitomo Corporation and Jaguar Land Rover. As a founding member of Plug and Play UK, Agata takes charge of operational management whilst leading the design and execution of innovation campaigns and activities for the organization's partners. She also brings a breadth of expertise having worked with the government and public bodies such as BEIS and Innovate UK. Before contributing to the establishment and operations of Plug and Play UK, Agata worked at Sustainable Ventures, the UK's largest early-stage Cleantech fund, as well as innovation consultancies like L Marks and Rainmaking Innovation in the UK and Denmark. Beyond her role at Plug and Play UK, Agata acts as a Board Member of Pennington Promise, Africa's leading early-stage investor and venture builder. She is also a mentor to over 10 startups, with a specific focus on advancing Cleantech initiatives within underserved communities across the UK, Poland and Africa.
